We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving our services to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must apply within 30 days from the date of service purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, along with instructions on how and when the refund will be processed. Requests for returns made after 30 days of active services will not be accepted in any country.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the services are inactive, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or promotional services.

Exchanges

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if services are being utilized within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 45 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned, your services will be halted immediately, and the refund will be initiated. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
